Terms of Service

01General provisions

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between NRT Digital, as the provider of the BookSwift service, and anyone who creates a BookSwift account.

By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you confirm you agree to these Terms.

02Description of the service

BookSwift is an online booking system for salons, barbers, studios and similar service businesses. Your account includes your own hosted booking page, a real-time calendar, staff and client management, automatic booking reminders, and Stripe payouts straight to your own account - BookSwift never takes a cut of a booking.

You can start by signing up in the app or on our website, or by sending us your details through a request form on one of our landing pages. Either way, we build your booking page for you (and, on the Pro and Studio plans, a full website), using the details, links, logo and photos you give us, and placeholder content where you haven't given us any. You then review it.

We aim to have your page ready and live within 48 hours of getting your details. That is a target, not a guarantee: if your business needs more back-and-forth (for example custom services or unusual scheduling), we'll tell you honestly rather than rush it. You can ask for changes as many times as you need before you approve it, and after it goes live you can ask us for reasonable changes at any time.

Your page is not publicly bookable until you approve it. An iOS app is also available, with Android in development; both use the same account.

03Plans and pricing

BookSwift is billed monthly in Australian dollars, at the rate for whichever plan is active on your account:

Every plan includes a booking page built for you by us. The Pro and Studio plans also include a full website built for you.

A domain name (for example yourbusiness.com.au) is not included in any plan. If you want your website on your own domain, you buy and renew it yourself from a domain registrar. If you already own one, you can ask us about connecting it, but we can't promise every domain can be connected.

Certain signup promotions may lock a discounted monthly rate in for as long as the subscription stays active, on the terms shown at signup.

04Billing, cancellation and refunds

• Payment is processed through Stripe - NRT Digital never sees or stores your card details
• Your subscription renews monthly and continues until you cancel it
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee
• If you're not satisfied within your first 30 days on a paid plan, we'll refund that payment in full, no questions asked - contact us to request it

If a payment fails or your subscription is cancelled, your booking page, your website (if your plan includes one) and your calendar stop being publicly accessible. Existing bookings already on your calendar, and their reminders, are unaffected. Account data may be retained for a reasonable period in case you reactivate.

05Ownership

NRT Digital owns the BookSwift platform, its design, and its underlying code. You own your own business content - your business name, service descriptions, logo, photos, and your client data.

You're granted the right to use BookSwift, and the booking page and website we build for you on it, for as long as your subscription is active. They run on the BookSwift platform and are hosted by us while your subscription is active.

06Your responsibility for content

You're solely responsible for the content you add to your account (service descriptions, prices, logo, photos, client information) and confirm you have the right to use it.

If you give us links to your social media, website or online listings and ask us to use them, you confirm you're entitled to have us use that material on your page.

Where you haven't given us something, we may use placeholder content. Before you approve your page, please check everything on it (services, prices, opening hours, contact details). Once you approve it, it is your content and your responsibility.

NRT Digital isn't responsible for content you publish or enter into your BookSwift account.

07Limitation of liability

NRT Digital doesn't guarantee a number of bookings, business outcomes, that your page will be ready within a particular time, or uninterrupted availability of the service. BookSwift is provided "as is," with reasonable effort made to keep it stable and reliable.

08Changes to these Terms

NRT Digital may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use BookSwift after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
